Terms of Services

www.whoppit.com (the Website) is owned and operated by Whoppit Ltd (the Company) and is made available to you on the following Recruiters Terms and Conditions.

By using the Website, you confirm that you accept these Recruiter Terms and Conditions and any additional terms and that you agree to comply with them.

If you do not agree to these Recruiter Terms and Conditions, you must not use the Website.

  1. Introduction

The Whoppit Website provides the Services to introduce Job Seekers to Recruiters/Employers and vice versa.

Job Seekers enrol in our free job notification service, provide CV information and create profiles. We send regular updates via text message and email about any jobs that are suited to the Job Seeker specific skill set, location and pay grade. Job Seekers can then apply to the Recruiter for a specific job.

Recruiters create a Whoppit account and can:

  • Search for suitable Job Seekers to fulfil specific vacancies.
  • Broadcast vacancies to Job Seekers via SMS and Email.
  • Create Job Profiles and automatically post on multiple nationwide Jobs Boards.
  • Store the recruiters own list of Job Seekers and Temporary Workers and contact them via Whoppit’s broadcast capability.
  • Review, reject, store, and hire job applicants using the Whoppit tracking system.

Once Job Seekers and Recruiters are engaged the Recruiter will manage the recruitment process and employ the Job Seeker directly or via CIS (Construction Industry Scheme) as applicable.
